We provide services ranging from capital improvements to area calculations to tenant improvement documentation. Furniture Design Services
jdai provides services related to commercial office furnishings including programming for immediate and future needs related to furniture. Services will also include inventory and evaluation of existing product for reuse, space planning of existing and new product, research and selection of proposed furniture products, accessories and artwork. Once appropriate selections have been determined, jdai will prepare specifications for procurement or for bidding the furniture packages to various vendors. Furniture services continue throughout the procurement of the furniture including evaluation of bids or quotes, oversight of installation and preparation of punch list items for installers.
